Through this program, clients build stronger self-awareness into their strengths, weaknesses, what drives decreases in their energy, how to re-energise and how to overcome challenges and setbacks in a way that energises them. Through this program, you'll learn how to leverage strengths for sustained high-performance to achieve your goals and team vision. Below is a sample Strengths Coaching program for "New Leaders", however Strengths Coaching can be activated for all levels of leaders, high potential individual contributors and those outside the workforce passionate about personal development. You may decide to book 1 session or a 5-session program depending on your needs. Session 1: Strengths Profile Assessment and Debrief Session 2: Using strengths to Set Goals / Expectations / Standards for each employee. Learn about Performance Management Interviews (PMI) and how to run this with each employee to set expectations and enhance employee commitment and engagement. The leader will receive the PMI template to measure progress and manage performance of their team. Session 3: Coaching on Feedback Giving / Positive communication to strengthen relationships, unlock motivation, learning and growth. Session 4: Create a positive climate, where positive and energising behaviours predominate over negative emotions to unlock engagement, wellbeing and high performance. Session 5: Build stronger social connectedness, collaboration and cultivate growth and positive mindsets for sustained high-achievement.
