If you are seeking support with administering a comprehensive 360° leadership assessment for your executive team, look no further. At RPG we use the Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) as it integrates the latest research on leadership, psychological, and adult development and is considered the leading edge and global standard in assessment methodology. The LCP has been statistically validated through rigorous, third-party analysis as an effective coaching assessment tool for leadership development. Engage us to administer the entire process from identifying leaders, their evaluators, running the feedback capture, analysing the data and debriefing each leader on their results. We offer a coaching session with this package and a debrief with the organisation to help them develop leadership development plans and design training curriculums. We also offer the LCP as part of our extended Coaching and Training Program where you engage RPG as a Leadership Development Partner for an 8-12 month engagement which kicks-off with LCP Assessments and then the design and delivery of a Coaching and Training Curriculum for the identified leadership cohort.
