Human Potential Collective - April Event

It was such a pleasure to host our wonderful community of clients and friends of the brand last Thursday at our second Human Potential Collective event of the year. Big thank you to Yanet Isdale at DKSH Smollan for hosting us.

Our April event will be held at the Incu Office courtesy of another dear client, Leanne Lusher.

Our April event will feature a workshop on Creating Greater Self-Awareness.

Self-awareness is the cornerstone of effective leadership. To lead others, we must first learn how to lead ourselves. To lead ourselves we must understand our values, our purpose, strengths and how we can use these powerful attributes to positively impact our mindset, our decisions, our communication, our relationships & people performance. Understanding how stress impacts our ability to align with our values, purpose and strengths as well as developing emotional regulation is equally important and we’ll focus on this at another event.

We are human beings first; leadership is something that we do. The more we lead in a way that aligns with our values, purpose and strengths, the more we are able to emotionally connect with our peers and the people in our team. When we have emotional connection and authenticity, we can engender trust within our team. When there is trust, there is psychological safety, there is growth mindset, openness to feedback, collaboration and high levels of productivity and performance.
