My Story
Naturally curious about people, life, the universe and everything, highly driven by a growth mindset and optimism, visionary thinker and planner with a strong desire to help people unlock their inner genius and thrive in all their life endeavors.
I'm an avid reader and research junkie and have read and re-read the book, "The Top Five Regrets of the Dying" by Dr. Bronnie Ware, many times to remind myself of the number one regret palliative care patients had before they passed, "I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me" to ensure that I always stay true to myself. Of course, being a true optimist at heart, I don't believe in regrets, I believe that every mistake we make, or each time our heart breaks, there's an important lesson, that once learnt leads to our transformation and evolution.
But being true to oneself is not easy when we recognise how values, belief systems and personality develop; they mostly come from well-meaning parents, teachers, leaders and societal norms, so how do we know who we truly are and ensure it comes from the inside rather then external influences? As a leader, I learnt that when I wasn't clear on my values, purpose and strengths, and when I wasn't acting in alignment with my true self, I was unable to emotionally connect with my team, my peers and anyone really; and when I couldn't emotionally connect with my team, I couldn't earn their trust, or elicit commitment, loyalty and high performance. Knowing and having a good relationship with oneself, I realised, is the fundamental building block of effective leadership. Without this strong foundation, all other leadership skills lose their impact. For this reason, each RPG Coaching and Leadership Development program starts with the "Deepening Awareness of the Self" Module.

Having always been driven by "Big Hairy Audacious Goals" and an unwavering pursuit of excellence, I've always managed to achieve everything I set my mind to. But I learnt that success is not a linear path, its riddled with obstacles we place on ourselves (negative thinking, self-limiting beliefs, unproductive behaviours) or obstacles from our external environment. I was fortunate to be able to learn valuable strategies and techniques to remove or reframe my interferences to clear the runway towards my goals, unlocking internal and leveraging external resources. One of the many reasons I founded RPG is to coach clients on the road to their version of success and help them redefine what success looks like as they move through different life stages and realign with their evolving values.
RPG to me is the perfect partner to visionary leaders that desire making a positive impact on their teams, their organisations and the communities they serve. We partner with leaders to create human-centric, profitable and benevolent organisations and help individuals realise their potential.

Our coaching and training programs are a synthesis of our learnings from our lived experience as well as executive HR and leadership experience, psychology, MBA and NLP studies. We truly empower leaders to create the necessary conditions for their people and organisations to thrive.
My vision has always been to work with like-minded individuals to help the world flourish, one person at a time. The values and expertise of the RPG leadership team give me great comfort that we are well positioned to deliver on this vision.
